PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

Effective date: 11/04/2024.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the processing of personal data of users of the POTI.FIZ.ge website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. TERMS

2.1. Personal data — any information related to a specific or identifiable individual.

2.2. Personal data processing — any action (operation) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, modification, use, distribution and destruction of data.

2.3. User — a person who uses the Site and provides their personal data.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The User’s personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring the functioning of the Site.
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the User.
• Notifying the User about news, promotions and other events.
• Improving the quality of services provided by the Site.
• Fulfilling obligations to the User.

4. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data, including, but not limited to, the following data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Other data specified by the User during registration or use of the Site.

4.2. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting the Site Administration.

5. THE SITE ADMINISTRATION UNDERTAKES TO

• Process personal data in accordance with the law and this Agreement.
• Ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access and use.

6. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

6.1. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. All changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.
